Sharon M. Doyle

 

Sharon Doyle is a seasoned professional with specialized skills in the design, development and implementation of world-class leadership development programs, processes and initiatives. In addition, her excellent communication skills and experience with all organization levels and a dedication to continuous improvement, innovation and success, can assist an organization in bringing its business to the next level.

Before joining the Cornerstone team, Sharon was part of a small, internal consulting group at Countrywide Financial (now Bank of America) and reported to the Chief Leadership Officer. The team was chartered with strengthening leadership development, succession management and organization integration and was regarded as a positive force for leadership, innovation and change. In two years, they took the organization from unranked to 8th in the nation in Leadership Development. Sharon served as a consultant with senior management and played a key role in creating and implementing appropriately customized programs, processes and tools. In addition, she managed a team of eight responsible for the management and implementation of executive and leadership development programs, virtual learning options, marketing communications and world-class program management.

Prior to joining Countrywide, she spent nearly eight years with Motorola Inc. during an exciting, fast-paced period of growth and the company's rise from $6B to over $30B. Sharon was part of the Global Leadership and Organization Development function responsible for organization design, large-scale change, leadership development and the succession planning initiative. She reported to the Executive Vice President supporting the organization’s widely acclaimed initiatives, which were at the nexus of strategy, organization and leadership. Sharon managed programs and processes in the U.S., Europe/MidEast & Africa and Asia/Pacific Regions. She also spent some time with Motorola's Cellular business and managed a worldwide, Six Sigma quality teaming process.

In September 2008, Sharon was named to the list of the Top 100+ in Leadership Development in the nation by Leadership Excellence Magazine. Sharon’s background includes leadership and organization development, program and project management, marketing/communications and quality. Sharon has worked with Fortune 500 companies, independent firms and non-profit organizations.
